Terms and Conditions
By registering for and participating in any training, coaching session, workshop, or course offered through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final
All registrations and purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is submitted and a training session is reserved, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to attend.
2. Emergency Exceptions
In the event of a documented emergency that prevents attendance, participants may request consideration for a training credit.
To qualify:
The participant must notify the training provider as soon as possible.
The participant must provide appropriate supporting documentation verifying the emergency, such as a medical note or other relevant documentation.
If approved, the participant will receive a credit toward a future session of the same training only. Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied to the same course or training program.
3. Training Etiquette
All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful learning environment.
Participants must:
Arrive on time and be prepared to participate
Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants
Avoid disruptive behavior
Follow all training guidelines provided by the instructor
Failure to follow training etiquette may result in removal from the training without refund or credit.
4. Training Participation and Completion
Participants are expected to attend and actively participate in the entire training session for which they are registered.
In order to receive credit for completing a training, participants must complete all required sessions associated with the training program. Partial attendance may result in participants not receiving credit or a certificate of completion.
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and remaining present for the full duration of the training. Late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend all required portions of the training may result in the participant being marked as incomplete.
Cedar Professional Advancement, Inc. reserves the right to withhold proof of completion, certification, or credit if attendance and participation requirements are not met.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, presentations, resources, handouts, and content provided during trainings are the intellectual property of Cedar Professional Advancement, Inc.
Participants agree that they will not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, record, or share training materials
Upload materials to online platforms
Use training content for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes
Training materials are provided solely for the personal educational use of registered participants.
6. Agreement to Terms
By registering for any training or service offered through this website, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
6. Certification
Must attend all sessions to receive completion certificate.
